We offer a range of products for use by retailers at point of sale.
Our prices:
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT.
VAT will be added at checkout.
If you an overseas customer, please email us with your VAT/TAX ID number and we will refund the VAT paid.
Delivery costs are calculated according to weight and location and will be shown before the order confirmation.
Our web site prices may change from time to time. The price shown when you checkout is final.
Payment:
Payment can be made by debit card, credit card or Paypal, and payments are handled securely by our trusted 3rd party payment provider, SagePay. Retail-Gurus and it's associated companies do not receive any of your credit card information: we receive confirmation from SagePay that your payment has been successful and then we will process your order.
Currency:
All transactions on this website take place in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments made with cards held in other currencies will be automatically converted to GBP.
Delivery:
All stock items are sent out within 1 working day of receiving your order and payment. We have various delivery options available and these can be selected at checkout.
Availability:
In the event of any item being unavailable we will contact you to advise you of the estimated delivery. You also have the right to cancel or to receive an equivalent substitute.
Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any point before shipment. When you have received the despatch confirmation email, you may no longer cancel the order.
Returns:
Please drop us a line immediately if you have any problems with your order. We will try and sort out any issues for you straight away. Sadly if we are unable to help, and you need to return your item, please follow the guidelines below.
If you change your mind, or have ordered by mistake, non-faulty items may be returned, unopened, within seven days of receipt, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please contact us by email or phone before returning any items and you will be given a GRN number. Please note that till rolls and plastic cards must be unopened as we cannot return opened packages to stock.
If we need to replace any packaging, a restocking fee may apply which will be no more than 10% of the original product cost.
Please quote your original order number when contacting us so that we can access your details as fast as possible.
If you have ordered through our Amazon or eBay shops, the quickest way for us to help is by sending us a message via your Amazon or eBay online account.
In the event of an error on our part, or faulty goods, we will bear the full cost of returns. Please contact us first and we will arrange for faulty goods to be collected at our cost for a full refund, or a replacement.
Your statutory rights are not effected in any way.

Retail Gurus Ltd do not store your credit / debit card details. Card payments are processed securely by SagePay through the Elavon payment gateway, one of the leading card payment providers.
Alternatively, payment can be processed via Paypal. Retail Gurus Ltd has no visibility of your PayPal account, we are just informed whether your payment was successful or not.
Retail Gurus Ltd maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information, including the use of secure data centres and network firewalls. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.
